Testing out touchosc with live controller manipulating ableton live on the iPad. You can still make a TouchOSC layout (using OSCulator) with drum pads and you won't have any latency issues as you've already seen videos demonstrating that. You will need to configure TouchOSC so it sends messages to OSCulator, and LiveControl so it sends message to TouchOSC. It provides full automapping of the majority of useful parameters within Ableton Live without needing MIDI mapping. Well I thought there would be some sort of updates on the LiveControl app and then when I did go to the site there was nothing explicitly different about it. In TouchosC it says “OSC: receiving only” just feel the issue is there, using Touchosc bridge on same network everything seems to be talking to ableton except the midi interface, any ideas? When I changed back the layout to the Mix16 Layout, everything seems to work fine again.
